• Design and implement quality management systems (QMS), inspection protocols, and testing procedures

• Oversee product/process testing, audits, and final inspections 

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for defects, manage corrective/preventative actions (CAPA), and implement solutions

• Work with engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain teams to build quality in from the star
