Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Managing appointments and keeping conference rooms or common areas tidy.
- Office Maintenance: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Visitor Management: Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately while maintaining visitor logs and security protocols.
- Communication: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and managing general email inquiries.
- Administrative Support:
Filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, and sorting daily mail/packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines).
- Professionalism: A friendly, positive attitude with a professional appearance.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required.
