Job description
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Customer Service: Resolving customer queries, complaints, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, conversations, and sales in a database/CRM.
- Following Scripts: Utilizing approved scripts to ensure consistent messaging while adapting to customer needs.
- Follow-ups: Contacting leads to foster relationships and close sales deals.
- Outbound/Inbound Calls: Conducting cold calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries.
- Sales & Lead Generation:
Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to convert prospects into customers.
Requirements & Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local languages).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Professionalism: High patience, tenacity, and ability to handle rejection or high-pressure situations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is often preferred.
Common Performance Targets
- Number of calls made per day.
- Number of leads generated.
- Conversion rate (sales closed).
