Job description
Key Responsibilities in a Consultancy
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates on the role, and ensuring hiring panels are prepared.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Managing salary negotiations, extending offers, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Bench Sales & Talent Pipeline: Handling bench consultants (if applicable), sourcing requirements from vendors/clients, and maintaining a database of qualified talent.
- Data Management & Compliance: Maintaining accurate, ATS records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and tracking, recruitment metrics (e.g., cost per hire).
- Client Management & Sourcing: Meeting with client managers to define job requirements, creating job descriptions, and sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening & Selection: Conducting initial, phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, technical skills, and cultural fit
