Job description
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Workforce Planning & Scheduling: Creating employee work schedules, managing shift coverage, and ensuring sufficient staffing levels for operational needs.
- Task Allocation & Performance Management: Delegating daily tasks to workers, monitoring productivity, and providing regular feedback or coaching to improve performance.
- Training & Onboarding: Training new hires on job procedures, safety standards, and company policies, while guiding current employees on skill development.
- Conflict Resolution & Compliance: Resolving employee grievances or disputes, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintaining attendance records, preparing team performance reports, and collaborating with HR on personnel matters.
- Operational Efficiency: Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, reducing waste, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
