Responsibilities:

1. Prepare & Maintain Quality Management Systems
2. Knowledge & Experience in 7 QC tools
3. Experience in Calibration of Machines & Instruments as per Industry Quality Standards
4. Experience in doing RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
5. Analyze, Act and complete CAPA of non-conformity
6. 5S management
7. Inspection of child parts, Electrical components of Final Product – Machine, Instruments, Spares etc
8. Check sheet preparation as per Product Specifications and Quality Standards
9. Handling of Customer Complaints

Requisite Skills:

1. Good Knowledge of MS office and Google Sheets
2. Calibration of machines
3. Quality documents preparation

Desired Skills:

1. Team handling
2. QMS Audit

Education:

Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
