Design, implement, and maintain quality systems, procedures, and inspection protocols

Oversee testing and inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance.

Investigate product defects and customer complaints, developing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.

 Work with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and train staff on quality standards
