Qualification:- BA/BBA/MBA or Any Graduate
Core Responsibilities
- Reception & Communication: Answering phones, routing calls, taking messages, and greeting clients/visitors professionally.
- Administrative Support: Sorting mail, scanning/copying documents, maintaining physical and digital filing systems, and data entry.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating appointments or travel arrangements.
- Office Maintenance: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, stocking kitchen/pantry items, and keeping common areas tidy.
- Basic Bookkeeping: Assisting with expense reports, invoicing, or processing payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technology: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment like printers/fax machines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking, time-management, and organizational abilities.
