- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of leadership hiring principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
