Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective and existing clients using predefined scripts to promote offerings, cross-sell, or upsell. [1, 2]
- Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving grievances, and providing product/service information. [1, 2]
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads, qualify them, and set appointments or transfer qualified prospects to the sales team. [1, 2]
- Data Management: Record all successful and unsuccessful call attempts, update customer details, and maintain accurate logs in the company's CRM. [1, 2]
- Target Achievement: Consistently work toward and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like call volume and sales quotas. [1, 2]
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate suggestions to the broader team to help improve services
Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BA, etc.) is often preferred.
