• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma: Knowing methodologies like 5S, Kaizen, or waste reduction to optimize plant output.
• ERP / MRP Software: Using enterprise resource planning tools (like SAP or Oracle) to track inventory, schedules, and supply chains.
• Quality Control (QC): Enforcing quality assurance frameworks and compliance standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Managing risk and maintaining local health, labor, and environmental safety regulations.
• Data Analysis: Interpreting metrics like cycle times, equipment downtime, and output efficiency.
